2. Do you have a store?
Yes, we are located at 1 Tetford Circle, Umhlanga Rocks in Durban. We are open weekdays 9am-4.30pm and weekends 9am-2pm. Our telephone number is 031 566 11 31
3. How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping within RSA is R50 and takes 1-3 days
Shipping to Namibia is R187 and takes 7-10 days
International shipping prices are on request
4. Do you offer exchanges or refunds?
Exchanges are welcome but please note the points below:
• A formal exchange request must be submitted within 2 working days of delivery due to hygiene reasons
• Items need to be in their original condition and unused
• If an exchange is approved, items need to be sent back with a tracking number within 3 working days
• Exchanges are at your own expense
• No sale items may be exchanged - sales are final.
If you are completely unhappy with your purchase we will allow a refund if the item is sent back to us in its original condition at your own expense. All shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable. We will only refund the cost of the bikini. Regret no refunds on sale items.

6. What if I receive the wrong item or wrong size?
We send out hundreds of orders daily and sometimes human error occurs. We try to assist you as fast as possible to send out the correct replacement bikini. You need to send the item back to us via the SA POST OFFICE @ R40-R50 and we EFT you the money back. Should you wish to use a courier/postnet or other form of delivery for the return we will only reimburse the amount of R50.
As soon as we receive the tracking number, we will send the correct bikini back to you. Your new bikini will arrive in 1-3 days.
